DetailsGolden Retriever Memorial Portrait-
I will customize a portrait of your beloved Golden. Please choose from the options in the drop down menu. The way this works is that I can either just do the simple plaque or I can incorporate some of your pets fur or ashes. Ashes or Fur will be placed in the heart next to the portrait. Your pets name will be on a plaque below the portrait. If you don't like the color of the plaque, you can choose another color, just let me know.
I will handle your portrait or pets remains with the utmost of care and respect.
Portrait is made of resin and height will vary based on options but the dog portrait itself is 5.5 inches tall.
(Shipping time depends on options that you choose. If you include your pets fur or ashes, then it will depend on how quickly you are able to mail your pets fur or ashes to me. Once I receive that, I can begin the portrait itself. )

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

***Holiday Notice***
While I'd like to insure that everyone recieves their special orders by December 25th, I will no longer be able to do this for orders received after December 6th, 2021.
If you have ordered a custom pet memorial or keepsake, your pets hair or ashes must be received by December 6th, 2021.
Due to the processing time and the expected delays in USPS shipping, I will not be able to guarentee December 25th, 2021 deliveries if your pets hair / ashes are recieved after December 6th, 2021.
Please contact me if you would like to make other arrangements such as expedited shipping. The postal price for this service will vary based on your location and service chosen.

For horse, pony, mule, zebra or other equine, the amount of hair needed is 4"-8" long, approx a pinky finger in diameter of hair, per shoe requested.
