How it works:
Please message me with a few photos of your beloved pet and tell me about them. Tell me their favorite foods, toys or places to be to incorporate into your one of a kind portrait. After painting their likeness with great care, I will select natural dried floral accents to accompany the portrait to be encased in resin. The resin which acts much like glass, will safely seal the portrait and flowers inside, protecting it.
Portraits can be made ready to hang on your wall or designed to stand upright on a shelf/table.
Each portrait is hand painted and take time to complete. Generally, this process takes 1-3 weeks depending on my current custom order list. I will certainly discuss this with you in a private message when you send in the photographs for me to use as reference. If you need a portrait completed more quickly, we can discuss that too. I understand how difficult memorial pieces can be and sometimes you just need that memento right now. When possible I accommodate these requests with no extra fee.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

***Holiday Notice***
While I'd like to insure that everyone recieves their special orders by December 25th, I will no longer be able to do this for orders received after December 6th, 2021.
If you have ordered a custom pet memorial or keepsake, your pets hair or ashes must be received by December 6th, 2021.
Due to the processing time and the expected delays in USPS shipping, I will not be able to guarentee December 25th, 2021 deliveries if your pets hair / ashes are recieved after December 6th, 2021.
Please contact me if you would like to make other arrangements such as expedited shipping. The postal price for this service will vary based on your location and service chosen.

For horse, pony, mule, zebra or other equine, the amount of hair needed is 4"-8" long, approx a pinky finger in diameter of hair, per shoe requested.
