***Holiday Notice***
While I'd like to insure that everyone recieves their special orders by December 25th, I will no longer be able to do this for orders received after December 6th, 2021.
If you have ordered a custom pet memorial or keepsake, your pets hair or ashes must be received by December 6th, 2021.
Due to the processing time and the expected delays in USPS shipping, I will not be able to guarentee December 25th, 2021 deliveries if your pets hair / ashes are recieved after December 6th, 2021.
Please contact me if you would like to make other arrangements such as expedited shipping. The postal price for this service will vary based on your location and service chosen.

For horse, pony, mule, zebra or other equine, the amount of hair needed is 4"-8" long, approx a pinky finger in diameter of hair, per shoe requested.

Disappointing none of the backstitching or additional emproidery techniques were included in the pattern. There is a fair amount of interpretation you'll have to be comfortable doing yourself.

I thought I’d take a risk on this pattern, seeing as the example was not cross stitched. And I regret it, the pattern is nothing like the example provided. There’s no backstitching on the pattern to be able to produce the same effects. Way too much confetti. If followed in full as a cross stitched pattern, this will in no way match the stitched example provided. Really disappointing.

The pattern is beautiful. I had some difficulty telling the difference between the colours on the original pattern and messaged to see if it was possible to get a version with symbols as well. The response was really quick and I was sent an updated version within a day. Very happy with the service and looking forward to stitching this!
